Brett Pieratt was born and raised in Colorado. He attended and graduated from Holy Family High School. While at Holy Family, Coach Pieratt was a three-sport athlete, lettering 12 times while playing football, basketball, and baseball. He received All-Conference honors three times and All-State as a baseball athlete for the Tigers. Brett attended Colorado State University, earning a B.A. in Social Sciences in 1993. Coach Pieratt holds a Master’s in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University, Irvine.
Coach Pieratt is in his first year with the Denver East Angels. He started his high school coaching career at Valor Christian High School in 2013, where he worked with infielders and hitters. During his time at Valor, the Eagles advanced to the Final Eight in 2013 and 2014. Coach Pieratt was the Head Baseball Coach at Littleton High School from 2017 to 2020 before taking the head coaching job at Chatfield Senior High School. While at Chatfield, Coach Pieratt led the Chargers to a Regional Championship and Final Eight appearance in 2021. In 2022, Coach Pieratt guided Chatfield to a 5A Jeffco League Title and Regional appearance. In 2023, Coach Pieratt joined the Mountain Vista High School baseball staff and helped the Golden Eagles reach the Final Eight in the 5A State Championships. Coach Pieratt has coached club baseball since 2017 and is currently the Head Coach for the 2025 Marucci Mountain West 18U Team.
Jacob Hilton is a passionate baseball coach focused on helping athletes unlock their full potential. A Heritage High School graduate, the Texas Rangers drafted Jacob in the 28th round, yet he chose to continue his playing career at Central Arizona College. After an impressive freshman season, a shoulder injury ended his sophomore season, solidifying his path toward coaching—a role he always knew he would pursue.
Jacob began coaching with USA Prime, working with high school summer and fall travel teams from 2019 to 2022. In 2021, he joined Chatfield High School’s coaching staff, working closely with Varsity and JV pitchers and enhancing the overall program. By 2022, Jacob entered the travel ball circuit at Prospects Park, where he concentrated on pitching development across all ages. In 2024, he expanded his experience by joining Trosky Arizona, bringing his skills and commitment to even more athletes.
As the founder of Mile High Velocity, Jacob runs a dynamic throwing program emphasizing activation exercises, body connection and posture drills, and dedicated arm care and strength training. With class sizes capped at 12 athletes, each session is designed to build strength, improve throwing mechanics, and enhance mobility. Jacob is also a strong proponent of mental development, helping athletes master the game's mental aspects and empowering them to control "what’s between the ears."
Jacob's approach covers all facets of pitching, combining physical mechanics, strength conditioning, and mental fortitude to help players maximize their performance on and off the field.
Chris Madden, a Denver native, earned his “Halo” in 1996 after playing under the legendary Angel Hall of Fame Coach Tom Severtson as a key member of the 1994 State Championship team. Madden’s baseball journey continued at prestigious programs, including the University of Kansas, Central Arizona College, and Arizona State University. Known affectionately as “Coach Crash,” Madden has dedicated himself to coaching and giving private lessons, sharing his expertise with aspiring players. Off the field, Chris has been happily married to his wife, Jaime, for 10 years, and they share their home with their playful puppy, Zyla.
Brett Stenlund, a Denver, Colorado native, has built a solid foundation in baseball and academics. He graduated from Arapahoe High School in Centennial, Colorado, where he played varsity baseball for two years. Following high school, he attended Barstow Community College in California, earning an Associate's Degree in Social Sciences while continuing to develop his skills on the baseball field.
Brett then transferred to Waldorf University in Forest City, Iowa, where he completed his Bachelor's Degree in Communication and furthered his baseball career. Over the past two seasons, he has served as an Assistant Coach at Denver East High School, specializing in training catchers and hitters.
When he's not coaching or on the field, Brett enjoys Colorado's great outdoors through hiking and skiing and is also an avid sports fan.
Noah Davison, born and raised in Geneva, IL, was a standout three-sport athlete at Geneva High School. He played four years of baseball and basketball, three years of football, and one year of soccer, earning six academic all-conference honors. Noah was twice selected to both the all-area and all-conference teams, with additional all-conference and all-area honorable mentions. Beyond athletics, Noah was also active in the school Orchestra and Math Team throughout high school.
After graduating, Noah continued his baseball career as a pitcher at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, where he earned a B.S. in Software Engineering in 2021. During his time with the Raiders, he struck out 66 batters over 80 innings pitched. Now in his third year of coaching with the Denver East Angels, Noah brings his athletic and academic dedication to developing young players.
