Danny Lynch- Head JV Coach
Coach Lynch, a standout baseball talent, was awarded MVP of the 2001 East Baseball team, excelling both as a pitcher and shortstop. He continued his athletic career at the University of Northern Colorado, where he played club baseball. Danny’s competitive edge didn’t stop there—his slow-pitch softball team has dominated for a decade, winning 10 championships in 10 years.
After high school, Coach Lynch began coaching, quickly making his mark by leading a 13U team to a championship. In 2023, he returned to East as the JV Head Coach, bringing his wealth of experience and passion for the game to the next generation of players.

Danny Angel - Assistant JV Coach
A lifelong Denverite, Coach Angel is a proud graduate of Manual High School, where he earned four varsity letters in baseball. With over 30 years of experience coaching youth sports, he’s guided athletes across softball, volleyball, rugby, football, and his true passion—baseball. But Coach Angel’s impact goes far beyond the game. As a mentor, he shapes young athletes into well-rounded individuals, teaching the value of academic excellence, sportsmanship, and personal growth. It’s fitting that he helps lead a team named after a heavenly figure—Coach Angel truly lives up to his name, inspiring and shaping the lives of the next generation both on and off the field.
